We’re a remote-first company that works across main offices, smaller hubs, and fully remote locations. Roughly 40% of our employees work mainly remote and our day-to-day work is tailored to provide a great remote experience.

Of course, being remote-first doesn’t mean we don’t prioritize meeting in person. We have office hubs and co-working spaces for employees who live close to each other and want to meet up.

We have two main offices: our HQ in Leipzig and our office in Uddevalla. Most of our office-based employees come into the office as much as they can, but we can offer fully remote setups for employees working from these locations as well.
